2. The concept of money

Everything at this event will revolve around fake dollars. Your team (hereinafter guilds) are tasked with making a product or service that people will be able to use at the event. You'll get $100 dollars.

Fake dollars are weighedthe differentlylifeblood of the Free Market. Each guild starts with $100, but the economy is designed to thebe realflexible USand Dollar.dynamic. E.g.Prices for items and services are subsidized to make experimentation affordable. For example, a Pinecil would cost $25.99 but in the marketplace, it might cost $7.7 We're subsidizing many ofin the costsmarketplace even though its real-world value is $25.99.     Guilds can also earn extra fake dollars during the pre-event period. Mini-challenges, CTFs, or showtime bonuses are all ways to top up your funds. You can barter with peopleother forguilds, theirsell things

To get extra money, you can attend check-in meetings, answer questions in the help channels,services, or even competeoffer inworkshops capture-the-flagfor eventsfake wedollars. A creative guild that understands supply, demand, and value can thrive without coding a single line, although coding will havehelp before and during the event.

The money will revolve around the central bank. The central bank has an API. You can use it toyou make aadvanced point-of-sale system, track spending in your channel,products or what have you. There are many things which you can doservices.
